New results of spectrophotometry of the galaxies No. 198 and No. 199
with ultraviolet excess are presented. The spectrum of the No. 199
spiral galaxy shows the peculiarity of a Seyfert 2 galaxy. So, this is a
physical pair of galaxies with UV excess of common origin and one of
these galaxies is an Sy 2 galaxy.
