The structure of the annual spectrum of the flare activity of comets is investigated on the basis of observational data on the intrinsic brightness of comets over the last 130 years. It is found that: (1) the structure of the annual spectrum fits rather well with the corpuscular seasons noted previously in solar-terrestrial relations; (2) a quasi-period of about 3 to 4 months may be present in the corpuscular activity of the sun; and (3) the form of the annual spectra in the distributions of cometary and geophysical phenomena is probably not determined by seasonal weather conditions.
