It is shown that it is possible to self-consistently obtain well-collimated bipolar outflows and radio jets from magnetized protostellar disks and accretion disks in active galactic nuclei. An analytical solution is given for the complete set of Euler-Maxwell equations both inside and outside the disk, and the solutions are appropriately matched on the disk surface. Disks with a power-law angular-momentum distribution are considered, and self-similarity is assumed in the radial direction. The solutions are obtained from the midplane of the disk until the outflow reaches the Alfven point.
