In the framework of the Lemaitre model with a nonzero cosmological term (Lambda), the age and present density of the universe are considered in the case of a nonzero neutrino rest mass. Ages and densities consistent with the range of possible values of the neutrino rest mass are determined for various possible values of Lambda, the deceleration parameter (q0), and the Hubble constant (H0); some constraints on Lambda and H0 are derived. It is found that, for q0 in the range from 0.6 to 2.0, reasonable values for the age and present density of the universe are obtained if Lambda is less than 15 x 10 to the -57 per sq cm and H0 is in the range from 50 to 85 km/s per Mpc.
