Radio interferometric observations at 2695 MHz and 8085 MHz of the radio sources near the flare stars AD Leo and CN Leo were obtained in an attempt to establish whether these sources are physically associated with the flare stars. The radio source near AD Leo is a classical double; the sizes, fluxes, and spectral indices of the two components are essentially identical. The radio source near CN Leo is an unresolved point source that does not share the large proper motion of CN Leo. It is concluded that neither radio source is a companion to the flare star near which it appears.
