The models of the global heliospheric current sheet are considered with the finite normal dimension and all three components of the magnetic field. The normal to the current sheet magnetic field component is due to the nonstationarity of the radial magnetic field on the source surface of the heliospheric magnetic field. The models are intended for modeling the cosmic ray behavior in the heliosphere and also for studying the small-scale structure of the magnetic field and solar wind characteristics near the current sheets.
