An activation and a partial disappearance of a Hα filament are studied. Taking into account the projection effect, the material streaming velocity in some parts of the filament must be 200-300km/s. The largest velocity is delayed compared to the initial moment of an active structure appearance. The activated filament shows a "twisted" structure in different parts and at different moments. The length of the filament oscillated apparently in relationship with the occurrence and disappearance of active structures. Observational grounds are presented in favour of the concept that the activation and disappearance of the filament are produced by disturbances from the pivot point.
