Many of the important conclusions about Gamma-Ray Bursts follow from the distributions of peak flux or duration. We show that the triggering process for the bursts and possible correlation between these variables dictate that these distributions are related and can be obtained from a multivariate distribution. Using methods developed previously we extract the distributions of flux and duration from the BATSE 2B catalog. It is shown that properly accounting for the aforementioned biases tends to increase the slope of the log N-log S relation at low values of peak flux S, and increases the number of short duration bursts. We find no obvious evidence for cosmological time dilation in the complete set.
