Relativity Theory: Cosmological Models

Scientific paper

An approach to the description of conformal-plane open models in general theory of relativity is considered with the energy-momentum tensor of an ideal liquid for an equation of state of the form p = β·ɛ. In the approximation of rational β for the description of these models by harmonic functions it is necessary to increase the dimension of the spatial hypersurface N of the four-dimensional space-time. An analogy of N and N·β with orbital and magnetic quantum numbers in quantum mechanics is observed. It is shown that by the transition to a new variable the considered problem can be reduced to the equivalent problem of the planetary model of a hydrogen-like atom.
