Photoelectric measurements of the eclipsing binary CC Comae, made in February 1980 with the double-beam photometer at the 1.06 m telescope of the Hoher List Observatory, are presented. A variability of the light curve was found, which primarily affects the minima. No period change could be detected. An estimate of the uncertainty of the system parameters showed an effect of about 10% on the radii ratio.
