The wavelengths of the 1s2 2s2 S-1s2 2p2 P(0) resonance transitions of O VI and the 2s2 1S0-2s 2p3 P1(0) intercombination of O V are presented. Wavelengths of 1031.929 + or - 0.005 A and 1037.617 + or 0.005 A are obtained for the 2s2 S 1/2-2p2 P 3/2 (0) and 2s2 S 1/2-2p2 P 1/2 (0) resonance transitions, respectively, evident as impurities in high-resolution spectrograms taken in fourth and fifth order with a 6.6-m vacuum spectrograph. Examination of fourth-order spectrograms also reveals a wavelength of 1218.334 + or - 0.010 A for the intercombination line, in good agreement with solar spectra. The above results are noted to be in good agreement with other recent measurements and with the isoelectronic interpolation, and are recommended for astrophysical calculations.
