Exact solutions in multidimensional classical and quantum cosmology with p-branes for some special cases are considered. The Riemann tensor squared is calculated in the general case and investigated for a number of special solutions. Singularities of the Riemann tensor squared are also discussed. Solutions of the multidimensional analogue of the Wheeler-De Witt equation with p-branes are obtained for some special cases with appropriate p-branes configurations. The problem of a ground state for the model obtained in this case is also discussed.
