The author considers the restricted problem of the translational-rotational motion of a rigid body under the gravitation of two singular spheroids. He obtained a partial solution of the averaged equations of motion in the case when there exists a resonance of the type 1:2 between the mean orbital and the rotational motions of the rigid body.
