The results of statistical analysis of latitude observations according to the extended program obtained with a Danjon astrolabe OPL 21 in Poltava in a high-frequency region are adduced. It is shown that the non-polar variations of latitude with frequency ω = 9.4×10-4rad/s may take place in this region. The selecting signals are successfully described with the scheme of autoregression of the second order as an example of the research of a separate interval of the observations.
