The objective of this letter is to introduce principles of renewable and non-renewable thermodynamics of solar light to use in a new generation of space propulsion systems. The principles of renewable thermodynamics were found by laser simulation of sunlight in laboratory condition for effective generation of vibration propulsive forces with renewable volume of system as a whole. Two branches of such renewable motive forces of light for space applications are proposed: a) direct conversion of solar light with high effective acceleration of bodies for elevating and solar vibration propulsion and extraction purposes; b) building new kinds of solar renewable power systems. The principles of non-renewable out-Carnot thermodynamics is introduced for using sunlight as a energy for solar propulsion (SP) with non-renewable rocket-like systems, when acceleration of objects in space is due to jets induced by sunlight energy in fuels. As far as second fuel-component is solar radiation that is available for free in space, SP can be competitive with both electrical propulsion and traditional two-fuel technologies. The outline of both renewable and non-renewable thermodynamics of motive forces of light for new generations of propulsive systems is given from laws of energy and momentum conservation to evaluate their application opportunity for space. .
