On the basis of an analysis of computer modelling of disk galaxies' evolution the conclusion is drawn that flat systems used in earlier papers are essentially collisional, unlike the real galaxies. Both systems' heating and structure formation arising due to instability taking place in rotating gravitating systems in the presence of dissipation are connected with this.
