In this study we develop relations connecting the rate of orbital period variations dot{P} of binary stars with the significant parameters of their evolution, under non-conservative conditions in a fundamental level of description. In this framework, a new generalized dot{J}-dot{P}-type relation is derived, that can be used in estimation of parameters connected with basic evolutionary processes, when dot{P} is known from O-C time-series analysis.
