The scanner Microtek Scan Make 4 was used for the determination of
astrometric and photometric characteristics of stars from photographic
plates. On the elimination of the scaner systematic errors, the random
errors of star positions are 0.1-0.3'' and the errors of magnitude are
0.15-0.20m.
