Galactic nuclei are formed during non-stationary evolution stages of galaxies. So in this work the problem of galaxy nuclei formation is considered by means of studying stability of composite phase model of a non stationary self-gravitating system. The model is composed in the form of linear superposition of two nonlinearly non-stationary models constructed earlier. Stability of the model is studied with respect to lopside mode (3.1) of perturbation, at which oscillating displacement of the kinematical center of the system brings to the process of nuclei formation. The results are presented as the critical dependencies of virial parameter at the beginning of collapse on the superposition parameter and the dependencies of instability increments on other parameters of the model.
