The meaning of Ohm's law for a multicomponent moving plasma is given. Invariant decomposition of any vector into eigenvectors of the conductivity tensor is established. Simple expressions for the conductivity tensors that are extremely general in the framework of three-fluid hydrodynamics are found. These expressions take into account the entrainment neutrals by ions and electrons and electron-ion collisions.
