Using an NSF PREST grant (AST-0618209) BYU has installed a new 0.9-m DFM Telescope at the West Mountain Observatory. The telescope will be installed in fall 2008 or in spring of 2009 with full operation expected in summer 2009. Current plans call for applications from external users to be taken in spring 2009 for observing time in the summer and fall of 2009. The telescope is located near 7000 ft under dark skies, with superior seeing conditions. We will present information on the nature of the facility, the available observing modes, and the application process for external observers.
