An analysis of spectrograms of laser-produced plasmas is extended to include the strongest emission lines due to transitions between levels of principal quantum numbers n = 3 and 4 for ions in the Ne I isoelectronic sequence between K X and Fe XVII. Spectral-line classifications are supported by theoretical Hartree-XR and Slater-Condon computations of wavelengths and oscillator strengths as well as isoelectronic comparisons.
