Orbital gravitational effects and signal-delay effects induced by even-power static Finsler metrics are considered. These metrics extend the conventional static Riemann (quadratic, M = 2) metric to the case of static quartic (M = 4,6,...) metrics, etc. Upper limits for specific Finsler parameters are found using observational data on perihelion shift and signal delay.
