Results are reported for a partial sky survey conducted with the Filin instrument aboard the Salyut 4 station. Sources observed include Cyg X-2, 3U 1820-30 (identified with the globular cluster NGC 6624), 3U 1744-26, 3U 1758-25, and 3U 1811-17. Determinations of count rates and spectral characteristics for each source show that Cyg X-2 had a count rate of only 100 Uhuru counts/sec at the time of observation and that 3U 1811-17 exhibited an unusually hard spectrum combined with a low X-ray flux.
