Results of simultaneous International Ultraviolet Explorer (IUE) spectroscopy and UBVI photometry are presented for an apparently star-like BL Lac object, the Ohio radio source OI 090.4. The spectrum is featureless and the continuum is well fitted by a power law Fnu varies as nu to the minus 2nd power in the range 14.7 less than log nu less that 15.4. The absence of interstellar "2200" yields EB-V equal to or less than 0.03 mag., much lower than average for the object's galactic latitude. The flux distribution is compared with that for two nearby at the objects in elliptical galaxies, Mkn 421 and Mkn 501, as observed both in early 1978 and in March 1979. Comments are made concerning IUE analysis procedures for faint spectra on high-background images.
