Observations of the millisecond pulsar PSR 1855 + 09 at 102 MHz are reported, and the integral profile at 102 MHz is compared to the integral profile at 1400 MHz. It is found that the two profiles are similar and both contain a main pulse and an interpulse. The distance between the main pulse and interpulses and the ratio of the pulse energies are nearly the same at both frequencies. The energy spectral index and interstellar scattering are estimated.
