1.35 cm H2O radio line profiles in the sources W49 and Orion A are presented. Observations were made with the Ratan-600, with the antenna beam measuring 11 arcsec x 3 arcmin at the altitude of these two sources. Readings are taken in each of the 39 channels of the spectrum analyzer every 0.125 sec, and are sidereal time synchronized using a standard frequency received by the radio telescope from the USSR Time Service. Source profile diagrams are presented, and a strong H2O emission in the core of the Kleinmann-Low nebula was detected at 7.3 km/sec radial velocity (1.3 km/sec lower than that of the 1979 flare). It is suggested by the 1.3 arcsec + or - 0.3 arcsec wavelength shift from the 1979 position that current observations are of a flare of a different H2O emission region in the same source. The radial velocity of the flare changed 0.12 + or - 0.02 km/sec between June 2 and June 3, 1981.
