The Crab Nebula is the standard candle source of TeV γ-rays, due to its stability and high flux. It has been observed by the CAT collaboration from October 1996 to March 2000, above an energy threshold of 250 GeV. CAT first detected the Crab in 1996. The combined flux and energy spectrum are reconstructed from these observations using the standard CAT analysis method and are presented here. Observations of the Crab with the CELESTE detector are also presented here. Steady emission from the Crab has been detected by this experiment at an energy of 60 GeV and an upper limit on the pulsed emission from this source is also given. An independent method for reconstruction of the flux and energy spectrum has also been developed and is described. The results of the application of this method to the CAT Crab database are presented and compared with those of the standard method. .
