The observation results concerning solar Type II bursts, which were obtained with the world largest radio telescope UTR-2 equipped with the new high performance back-end facility, 60-channel spectrometer and digital spectro polarimeter, operating in the frequency band from 10MHz to 30MHz are presented. These bursts are considered to be associated with CME's, which influence essentially on the Solar-Terrestrial relationship. Observed decameter Type II bursts have a fine frequency-time structure, drift slowly (<0.1MHz/s) and sometimes are band-splitting. A typical Type II bursts was observed on July, 7th, 2002, where we note the absence a frequency drift and the presence of a herringbone structure. Some physical characteristics of decameter Type II bursts are discussed.
