There are 9 plates of Halley's comet during last apparition at Shanghai Observatory. Using PDS, photographic photometry of four plates was made, and the isodensitometric maps and isophotometric maps were obtained. During Nov. 1986 - April 1986, 83 accurate astrometric positions had been gained. Nearly one hundred large-scale phenomenon plates were obtained, some showing activities such as tail turning, disconnection events, streamer at al. Using the 25 m radiotelescope of Shanghai Observatory with an FET receiver, radio observations of Halley's comet were carried out. The average observed flux density of the continued emission is 14±8 mJy.
