We have obtained coordinated observations of 3 bright GX sources, GX 349+2, GX 5-1, and GX 9+1, with the Chandra HETG and RXTE. We report on the analysis of the HETG spectra, on searches for evidence of energy-dependent interstellar dust scattering haloes, and on work to determine arc second locations for the sources. The success of various approaches to mitigate the effects of pulse pileup in the ACIS images and HETG spectra are described.
