The results are given of observations of 87 galaxies with ultraviolet continuum at 102 MHz using interplanetary scintillation. The angular diameters of the scintillating components of a number of galaxies are estimated and spectra constructed for nine objects in a wide range of frequencies. Some properties of Seyfert galaxies at low frequencies are discussed.
