Spectra have been obtained of the [Ne II] (12.8 μm) line from the central 12`×14` of the Galaxy with a new cryogenic echelle spectrometer. The central ``bar'' region of Sgr A West was completely mapped with ~2` and 30 km s-1 resolution by measuring spectra in 7 slit positions with a 2`×12` slit with pixels each 1.2` along the slit. The improved sensitivity and simultaneous spectral and spatial sampling resulting from the use of a 10×64 element detector array provide new insight into the flows of gas in the Galactic Center.
