The results of observations of 79 faint radio galaxies from the Bologna Survey with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at the frequency 3.95 GHz are presented. The dependences of spectral indices of radio emission on the ratio of radio and optical luminosities are analyzed. The dependence of linear sizes of radio galaxies on these ratios and on spectral indices was studied. It is shown that median angular sizes and spectral indices increase with flux density. It is also shown that among radio galaxies with flat spectra objects of small linear sizes (less than 10 kpc) occur much more frequently than among radio galaxies with steep spectra.
