In February and March of 1996, the Comet Hale-Bopp rose early in the morning again, but its altitude above the horizon was very low. We used a newly developed 1024x1024 CCD camera attached to the 1-meter telescope of Yunnan Astronomical Observatory to make photometric observations of this comet. Its position and luminosity have been measured accurately. Our results show that even Yeomans' new ephemerides of the comet on Feb. 22, 1996 still have some obvious systematic deviations from our observations. So the orbit parameters of the Comet Hale-Bopp should be revised again. In addition, the measured nucleus magnitude of this comet is rather larger than that predicted by Yeomans.
