To make a very deep high-resolution image with STIS CCDs covering the location of the optical transient and also using H-band imaging with NICMOS Camera 2. The immediate goals of our observation are: {i} To constrain the magnitude of the variable object to the deepest possible flux levels that can be reached in a reasonable exposure time. {ii} To obtain the best morphological information possible.
