Results are reported of observations of the X-ray binary 4U1700 - 37 carried out practically continuously for 73 days in the X-ray experiment on the Prognoz-9 mission. Average light curves were obtained in 10-50, 25-50, and 50-100 keV energy ranges with about 2-h time resolution. The duration of the eclipses in the 10-50 keV energy range was about 12 h (about 0.14 of the full phase). Phase dependences of spectral hardness ratios indicate the constant nature of the system spectrum.
