We present high-resolution near-infrared spectra of debris disks with residual gas. These systems represent a late stage of circumstellar evolution in which dust is generated in the disk by collisions among larger bodies. These objects have SEDs suggesting large inner gaps in the circumstellar dust. This disk morphology can be caused by tidal interactions of embedded planets or by gas-dust interactions. We show ro-vibrational observations of CO, which is a robust tracer of the gas in the inner circumstellar disk. We compare these observations to a model, which has been shown to accurately trace the observed gas in other systems. We also discuss the implications this has for interpreting the SED of these disks.
