The Muenster Redshift Program to study the three-dimensional distribution of large numbers of galaxies is described. The objective of the program is to use the galaxy distributions to derive cosmological parameters and to determine properties of large-scale structure in the universe. The program is outlined and the observation and reduction methods are presented. Preliminary results are given, including attempts to determine the Hubble constant, the acceleration parameter, the cosmological constant, and a general luminosity function.
