Observation has been continuing on energy charged particles in the Earth's radiation belt and their effects on IC devices by using monitors on board the EXOS-D satellite. The spatial distributions of the intensities of particles have been obtained during quiet magnetosphere in the period of high solar activity. These results are compared with the NASA radiation belt models.
