This is a first draft of this program suitable for initial PIT review of basic program structure. It is assumed that there will be at least one additional PIT review meting. This program has stringent guide star and timing requirements. Refer to the observing description section for complete details. This program determines the fine focus using NUV MIRRORA exposures of the same target as COS08 {program 11468 - COS to FGS Alignment {NUV}}. This program must execute approximately 48 hours after completion of COS08. Three fine focus visits are executed to establish on-orbit nominal focus. One detailed verification visit is executed after the three focus-sweep visits. Each visit should be separated by approximately 48 hours and uplinks of new information are required after visits 1, 2, and 3. It is possible that an uplink may be required after visit 4, as well, but this is considered a contingency.;
