In this paper we report on our effort to study star formation in turbulent magnetized media. The significance of this study derives from the fact that ram pressure of the turbulent motions in molecular clouds is comparable to the magnetic pressure. We have carried out several one dimensional and three dimensional simulations. The intent was to discover the dominant physical effects regulating star formation in turbulent environments. We find that the turbulent Mach number and the presence of an ordered magnetic field are perhaps the most dominant physical effects. Several other correlations and effects are also mentioned.
