We present results of three-dimensional fully general relativistic numerical simulations of accretion flows around black holes. We evolve the flows in a fixed Kerr metric with a range of angular momenta, from non-rotating (Schwarzschild) to maximally rotating. We consider different initial flow geometries including spherical inflow, axisymmetric disks, and non-symmetric (tilted) disks. We discuss some astrophysical implications of our results.
