The future engineering models of radiation belts have to include such aspects as short term variations with geophysical activity. The CRRES data provides interesting in look in this matter but with the question of the representativity of this orbital lifetime. A physical model of the magnetosphere must add further informations and take into account data from stationary satellites. The Salammbo 4D code is able to provide such contribution. This four dimension physical model based on adiabatic invariant theory and solving a convection-diffusion equation allows to perform both diffusive and convective particle transport with energies from a few keV to some MeV. Substorms are simulated by increasing the convective electric field and injecting particles with keV range energies in the near-midnight region. After injection, the code allows to follow particles, azimuthal drift, transport into the inner magnetosphere and acceleration with a time resolution on the order of ten minutes. This code will be presented and some typical case of injection will be discussed.
