The numerical methods on the basis of grid functions are developed to
describe the effects of diffusion of nonequilibrium quasiparticles in
STJ detector electrodes of arbitrary shape with inhomogeneous boundary
conditions. The comparison of calculated spectra and experimental data
was carried out. .
