We report the discovery of two possible Novae in M31 at JD 2453863.6 (2006, May 8.1 UT). The first one was detected with 17.8 mag in R at a position RA(2000) = 00h 43m 13.42s, Dec(2000) = +41° 16' 58.9". This detection was formerly reported by ATEL #805 and confirmed by our observations. The second Nova with 18.1 mag is located at RA(2000) = 00h 43m 13.94s, Dec(2000) = +41° 20' 05.6". The accuracies are 0.1 mag and 0.1" respectively.
