Different models of the activity of the nonthermal radio source in the galactic center are analyzed. The profiles of the galactic nonthermal radio emission at 85 and 150 MHz on the basis of the three-component model of observed galactic radio emission "Stationary nucleus - radio disc - loop objects" are calculated. The observed profiles are compared with the calculated profiles. The observed angle distribution of the nonthermal galactic radio emission is in agreement with the model stationary source of cosmic electrons in the galactic center. A model of the origin of the galactic cosmic electrons is considered in which the major part of cosmic electrons is generated during the periodic activity of the galactic nucleus.
