The authors begin their work from the string theory of the low-energy limit, and change the energy-momentum tensor by introducing an external Lagrangian contribution in the action, and hence give a nonstatic solution of the evaporating dilaton-Maxwell compound field. Finally, the Hawking temperature and the location of its black hole event horizon are calculated by using the method of Zhao et al. (1993).
