We construct many nonpolytopal nonsimplicial Gorenstein* meet semi-lattices
with nonnegative toric g-vector, supporting a conjecture of Stanley. These are
formed as Bier spheres over the face posets of multiplexes, polytopes
constructed by Bisztriczky as generalizations of simplices.
