The Alfven wave propagation in the homogeneous solar corona in the
presence of local resonance is considered. The striction nonlinearity
and effect of the finite ion Larmour radius are taken into account.
Results of numerical calculations which illustrated the nonlinear waves
conversion in the resonance region are given.
